I can’t say enough about how great Dr.Davies and his entire team are. I came in for the first time for a second opinion and instantly they saw the problem and started a treatment plan and had me in with a specialist within days. During the time while I waited Dr.Davies checked me daily to ensure my eyes were ok and things were going in the right direction and not worsening. Had I not come here I’m not sure what the outcome could have been as the previous place did not check me where Dr.Davies followed and assessed me daily until my situation was resolved. He was through,detailed and empathetic and ensured he answered all my questions and really worked to resolve some of my anxiety. The entire team was very supportive as my anxiety clearly showed and they accommodated my appointments and were reassuring thru the entire process. I’m glad to have come here and will continue to do so as it was by far the best experience I could have had in a negative situation. Thank Dr.Davies.

I am so glad I went to Iris!! It was a bit of a complicated prescription but Brian was incredible at handling it! He went above and beyond to make sure I had the best vision I can have out of my lenses In the end & the blue light filter made a huge difference working staring at 2 big monitors all day not to mention the very stylish frame to go with my complicated lenses that were picked out by another Iris employee shout out to you, you know who you are and I cannot forget Darcey?? Not sure if I got the name right!!! But His name rhymes with C, sorry I am @ times bad with names, he was so knowledgeable and took the time to get my glasses fitted after pick up. I would go back to Iris chilliwack again in the future.

I explored various options for my prescription glasses, but upon receiving them, they felt uncomfortable. When I raised my concerns, I was advised that I would eventually adjust. However, my experience with IRIS was entirely different. I am incredibly grateful to Kery Britch for providing such exceptional service. My new prescription glasses are perfect!

I went to visions based on a recommendation by a co-worker. I was greeted by Giselle. wow is she impressive at multi-tasking. The Optometrist was professional and thorough. She answered all of my questions and went over everything. As I mentioned before Giselle was hands down great. her customer service is top notch. you can tell that she cares about everyone that comes in. she helped me pick out 2 pairs of frames. I left it up to her capable hands to find me the right frames and style I was looking for. after, I was helped by another co-worker who was just as amazing and helpful. I will most definitely be going back for future exams and glasses. I will also tell friends and family to go visit Visions!

I was commuting to langley for mediocre eye care. I would always put off going to get my eyes checked until I did some looking around and found this AMAZING eye clinic. SO MUCH TO SAY! The staff was so incredibly helpful and kind, also so funny and the optometrist herself was so incredible- well educated and extremely personable. I have found my place! I’m so excited to continue using them !!

Had a wonderful experience purchasing two pairs of glasses today. Sophie served us. She was very professional, good prices. Very satisfied with service & quality of eye wear. Great job Sophie.
