My family has gone to Arnold Hearing Aids for over 25 years. We have had the pleasure of being supported by both owners Chris Arnold and his Father-they are both fantastic!! My family is so happy with their most recent experience. Chris was quick to respond to any inquiries and helped to set up our hearing tests and the best hearing aids to fit our needs with the latest technology. The kindness and great customer service at Arnolds Hearing Centre raises the bar. The team of professionals at the Frederick Mall location is fantastic. I would highly recommend Arnold Hearing Centre, they are the best in the area!

I brought my mother here for a wax removal and it was a breath of fresh air compared to the last appointment at our doctor. Both technicians who saw my mom were very patient and gentle. Thank you for being patient even when my mom was not. Recommended!

Located at 385 Frederick St in the Frederick Mall this family-owned hearing clinic has other locations in Guelph, Simcoe, Kitchener, and Waterloo. Super friendly staff who are willing to listen to your concerns and come up with solutions. Originally came in for some hearing protection at work and outside. Was provided with a hearing test which identified some hearing loss. I was provided with excellent advice and service to address my hearing loss. I highly recommend you visit this location or any other locations of Arnold Hearing Centers if you think you have some hearing loss. You will be treated right and staff will take the time to explain what your choices are to address your hearing issues. Various options are available for hearing protection and hearing aids.
