Jo was exceptional and efficient. She made every effort to help with our very unusual situation. After a month had passed, I called the office, and she knew who I was by the caller ID. She quickly remembered our details and did research on our behalf and followed up as needed. Then Jo ordered the hearing aides without us having to return to the office because she did the internal work to help us.Thanks so much for making a difficult experience painless.

Finding out you need hearing aids is overwhelming. When it came down to a decision I called to make a appointment at Avenir on Mountain Rd. The staff was awesome they made me feel like I mattered .I sat with Laudia LeBlanc Audiologist she was so easy to talk with and very understanding. When I picked up my hearing aid she made sure I was comfortable with all the information she gave me. As a first time with hearing aids I was very pleased to say they made me feel special. I went for a hearing test at this location a couple of months ago, and it was a great experience. The audiologist was professional and made the hearing test a pleasurable experience. I didn't really know what to expect from the hearing test, as I've never had one before, but it was quick and easy. I highly recommend Avenir Hearing for any hearing needs. Great staff and great service!
