Robert was such a pleasure to deal with- I live close by, had a flat tire. Within 15 minutes of calling him, he was looking at my car and fixing my flat. He was so kind, and made it a really positive experience! Would highly recommend Seneca for the amazing customer service, I will definitely use them again!

Robert and his staff are very kind and helpful. The work that they did on my truck was very professional and amazing. I have recently taken my truck into Robert for some other issues and he has looked after me and fixed my issues at no charge. I highly recommend this body shop with no questions asked.

The owner, Robert, was honest and upfront. He kept to his word unlike the previous garage out vehicle was held at. He went above and beyond and we felt like he actually cared to make sure we were happy and informed instead of just making a quick easy buck from the insurance company. He’s also a family man and had his sons and other relatives at the garage so I trusted him even more. Honestly had a good experience with him and would come back if ever need be. I’d advise anyone wondering to trust him.
