Uber was recommended to me by Kramer Mazda and they didn't disappoint! They were able to get my car in for repair quite quickly and were flexible when I needed to change the date a couple times, they completed the repair within the expected time frame and quickly fixed a small problem after I had gotten my car back, they were great to deal with, and they handled everything with my insurance company well. I'd definitely recommend them!

Both Alex & Chase were professional and easy to deal with. Alex continuously sent update photos of the repairs throughout the week and was quick at getting back if I had any questions. This place beats every other shop hands down. I used the online estimator tool and recieved a quote the next day. Brought my 2016 BMW in for rear bumper/trunk/taillight repairs and it was brought back to showroom condition. I recieved updates with pictures of how the process was moving along and there were no surprises. They installed aftermarket taillights I provided with no issue, Chase and Alex were always available if I had any questions or needed anything, they also detailed the car which was a something they didn't have to do but decided to go a step above.
