Exceptional Customer Care. I purchased new rotors and pads in the fall 2022. Front rotors started to show rust after a few weeks which became worse after a few months. High carbon rotors are not supposed to rust the way standard steel rotors do. Gary White, manager of the Napa Pickering store replaced the rotors; no questions asked. Fast forward to July 2023 and only 8k to 10k on all the rotors and pads and now experiencing brake pulsation in steering wheel from front rotors and brake pedal pulsation coming from rear rotors. I went back to see Gary and once again without hesitation Gary replaced all 4 rotors free of charge. Needless to say I was very impressed, Gary is a first class gentleman who totally understands the art of taking care of customers. I will definitely be shopping only at Napa Pickering for all my automotive needs. Thank you Gary for your great service!
