This warm and family place offers excellent food, bourbons, and drinks at fair prices. Le Boucan Smokehouse has a fantastic menu with traditional smokehouse-style food, but they also have a perfect vegan and vegetarian menu, including the same food but veg. If you are looking forward to eating smoked dishes with tasty sauces, Le Boucan Smokehouse is the right place. The restaurant provides catering services for their customers. DIABLOS BBQ SMOKEHOUSE REVIEWS

Diablos was a great experience and I would recommend. Away from touristy Crescent street. I sat at the bar as I was travelling alone. I would call this upscale casual atmosphere, trendy BBQ! Varied bar menu with cocktails and beer. Good BBQ menu with meat as the focus. The Brisket was great and the sauce was made in house and is something I have to mention. It was rich, smoky, sweet, and so addictive that I could drink it. I dream about it. I’m planing to return as many times as I can. I was also luck to meet the owner who was friendly and approachable and even gave me a small sample of the ribs which were fall off the bone delicious.

There was a fair amount of foil still attached to the brisket, and the fall-off-the-bone ribs looked rather sparse. Service was very slow. Flavour was great.

Rib was very dry but the brisket was amazing. For dessert I ordered the brownie with ice cream and bits of bacon. Food is good but not exceptional. I would try again for the sandwiches.

CHALET BAR-B-Q REVIEWS

Came back to here after a couple of years and it's even better than I remember. The gravy has got this special something about it that compliments the chicken so well. The chicken breast is the juiciest I've ever had. Combined with the homestyle fries and slaw, this place is one of the few institutions of Montreal that need to be preserved. You walk into the restaurant and it's like a time machine to a different time in Montreal. A nostalgic dining experience with top notch rotisserie chicken.

Chalet Bar-B-Q exceeded my expectations! The chicken was impeccably cooked, bursting with flavor. The ambiance was delightful, and the service was top-notch. If I could, I'd give it 6 stars on Google Maps. Highly recommended/

The chicken was so good! Well seasoned and very juicy. The gravy they give you is a bit spicy but was amazing. My waitress was super friendly.

LE BOUCAN SMOKEHOUSE REVIEWS

I loved the place! They made homemade lemonade. It is perfect if you have a stroller and a baby inside of it, they will get you a table to fit your needs. The staff are very friendly to kids. They checked up on me to see if everything was going well and for free refills of drinks. I would go there any time! In sum, " Best smoke house in town" ( in North America).

Went for dinner on a Thursday. The restaurant is very small so don't walk in like I did and instead get a reservation! Everything we ate that night was amazing. The brisket sandwich was one of the best I've ever had and the ribs were cooked perfectly as they fell off the bones. The buttercream pie at the end was very satisfying to eat and the perfect way to wrap up a delicious dinner.

Great BBQ place, great food!! A must when you feel the urge for excellent smokehouse taste when in Montreal. The food is amazing!! From the classic chicken breast with fries to the pull pork poutine.....Wow.
