Emailed Calgary Cycle to book a service for my mountain bike. Response came within a few hours. Bike was booked in 4 days after initial contact on a Friday. Drop off was super easy. John looked over my bike and recommended what needed to be done (my input was encouraged and welcomed). John was very friendly, honest, and professional. Bike was repaired and tuned up within 2 days. Excellent service!

Calgary Cycle is well located with lots of free parking. The staff are very welcoming, organized, and helpful. The service department is excellent and, again, well organized. They carry top-notch product lines.

Rolled in on a whim to see if they would be able to do a quick lube and straighten out my handle bars and pop on some new grips, un and out inn15 minutes, quick and reasonable, friendly service. Thank you guys!
