My husband and I are new comers and recently bought a highlander from Charlesglen Toyota. Had a great experience with the team there. Lela and Jim were incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions and concerns. Jim demonstrated the features of the new car and he made the process of buying a car stress-free and enjoyable. Justin was very professional, friendly, and efficient in helping us complete the paperwork.
