Had a wheel alignment done here recently, I was a first time customer, very impressed with the service! Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. My wheel alignment was done correctly and precisely. I've had negative experiences at other tire shops in the area so I thought I'd give this one a shot, this one's a keeper! Very satisfied and will be returning in the future.

I would highly recommend City Tire & Auto on Kenmout Road. The Management & staff are knowledgeable & friendly and they will make every effort to get your vehicle in for servicing & back on the road in a timely fashion. Support local businesses.

Great garage to have any type of work done on your vehicle. I recently had brakes, tires, air conditioning and steering replaced and/or repaired. I was kept well informed and the everything was completed professionally and honestly. Highly recommended.

I called Napa and asked them to replace my transmission and they did not hesitate. They very quickly towed my vehicle from its location to their business and they were not long at all assessing it. I have never experienced more friendly customer service and so patient. I worked with both Amy and Ken who answered any and all questions that I had. Amy went above and beyond for me to make sure all of my vehicle troubles were taken care of and the cost was excellent as well. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back there again. They have quality service all around in every aspect of their business. Very very trustworthy.

Fast, efficient, and genuinely caring, can’t say enough good things about this place! I felt well taken care of and never pressured into unnecessary repairs. They fixed my car quickly and explained everything clearly, so I knew exactly what was going on. No pushy tactics, just honest and great service. I was in and out with a working vehicle and total peace of mind. Thanks so much.
