Right from our initial sit down to the final day before occupation the DH team from top down were a fantastic company to work with in our first home build. The very reasonable base price of the home was what first caught our eye. The flexibility the company allowed us in customizing our build to fit our needs and interests coupled with the quality building materials (especially the use of pile wood not chip wood) used only added to our positive experience. In any home build there are some hiccups along the way, fortunately, from our experience, DH prides itself in accommodating these issues in a timely and effective manner. We would highly recommend this company for any customers looking to get off on the right with any residential building pursuit.

One of a few builders still using plywood sheathing which should be code.Great people to deal with and have built hundreds of homes in our province.We are looking forward to our journey with Donovans as we just purchased our home to be finished and we get to have some say in the finishes. The plywood factor alone was enough for me.I have been in the industry and OSB should be banned in building.PAY THE EXTRA FOR plywood.

We’re extremely happy with the building process with donovan homes. They were quick to get back to us on everything I emailed about(pretty much a daily basis). We built a custom two storey and we are extremely happy with the final product, even five years later.

Wolf Construction recently replaced the windows, doors and siding on my home. Dale and his crew were very easy to deal with and their work was great. The scope of the project was initially just to replace the windows/doors but this was a challenge right from the start as the supplier of the windows (Not Wolf Construction) had incorrectly measured 9 of the 15 windows/doors so what should have been a couple of day job in Noverber turned into a much bigger undertaking. The incorrect sizes ultimately created challenges with the old siding making it necessary to be replaced. This was planned for this summer but had to be moved up. This meant we were installing siding in the winter dealing with weeks of wet windy days which significantly delayed the project. Wolf Construction simply rolled with the punches and worked around the delays and challenges. I would highly recommend Wolf Construction.

Had Wolf Construction do a extensive renovation on my home. They were prompt, tidy & great craftsmanship and lots of product knowledge and building practices.
