We ordered a couch and loveseat for our new home and we really like them. Amanda was very personable and helpful for the entire transaction. Our couch was delayed and there was a mix up with its arrival time so they gave us free delivery for the trouble. The only compliant I would have is that the delivery people did not cover their shoes in the house and it was a rainy day. Otherwise, very nice service and quality couches.

The store is very well laid out with a huge selection of almost any type of furniture that you could need. The prices are very reasonable and the staff member who helped us was very easy to chat with and quite knowledgeable. We'll worth the look in!

Great experience. Employee by the name of Ryan helped me very friendly found me the best price on my appliances! If your there I highly recommend him.

I would recommend for anybody looking for new furniture to shop here. Adam was wonderful to talk to, he helped us pick out a new couch over the phone, and it was delivered by supper time the same day, as he promised. We are delighted with the new couch! Thank you Adam, for your fantastic service, you truly did go above and beyond!!!

Pretty much the only place me and my family go for anything furniture related. Great experience every time, friendly people. Biggest thing for me is they partner with Flexiti Financial so even if you're not comfortable paying the full price or paying anything at the moment you can defer the payments for up to 12 months with deferred interest.

We visited today to choose a sofa for layaway. The salesperson, Amanda, was fantastic. She asked me 5 questions about what we liked, and showed us the perfect sofa. She was warm, friendly, and did an amazing job. I love this store and their staff.

Great purchase and delivery experience. We purchased the Ashley power reclining softa with adjustable head rest and fold down middle back (cup holders, electrical outlet, usb and lighting). First let me say we appreciated your no pressure sales. We made two visits to the store and both times Carl the sales person very helpful and answered all questions. The delivery guys were fabulous! They called a few minutes ahead of arrival and were very professional and courteous. They brought the sofa downstairs in our rec room without any issue being very careful not to hit the sofa or mark any of the walls etc. They put the sofa together in minutes, plugged it in and made sure everything worked. They were quick and efficient. I definitely would buy from your store again.

We recently bought a sectional from Island Furniture. We are extremely pleased with the sectional itself, which is exactly what we wanted in terms of size, comfort etc. We were also very happy with the service provided by the staff, the speed of delivery, and the delivery and set-up of the sectional. The price was also reasonable - especially when compared to a couple of other furniture stores we checked out. Thank you, Island Furniture!

Awsome customer service, had a problem with a chair I purchased there and they took super good care of my situation, and fixed my problem no hassles at all. So grateful they didn’t cause me any stress at all. Would definitely recommend purchasing from these guys
