Our family has been shopping at Sewing World for years and have experienced nothing but great service each time we visited. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and make you feel welcomed while you are there. This business provides that extra level of customer service that you will never find at a big box store.

I have all of my wife's sewing machine servicing done there. We've been dealing with Ed at Sewing World for 10 + years and recommend the shop to friends. He knows his sewing machines. The lady there also is very knowledgeable, most recently regarding the Janome 500E Embroidery machine. Love going in there. Lots and lots of fabrics too.

What you came in for and then some! What excellent customer service. Ed and Nina are knowledgeable and sweet, which is à rare combination these days. They're genuinely there to help you and won't give up until your problem is solved. I recommend 100%.

This is the only place I shop for my Sergers. Their fabrics are high quality with reasonable pricing. Everyone on Staff are top notch and on their game to help you with anything. You’re treated like family. Now that’s a place that deserves my business!

Friendly and helpful staff, brilliant range of fabrics and other products, and very reasonable prices. Parking can be a bit tricky but that is to be expected with the location. Absolutely the best place in town to go for fabric.

I LOVE the selection of fabrics, notions, and yarns they have available. Service is good, however my cashier didn't ask me if I wanted a bag or offer a bag for the large quantity of items I purchased.

EAST COAST QUILT CO REVIEWS

This is one of the coolest fabric craft spots I've ever visited. There's a great selection of kits for beginners and materials for those who are more experienced. They also have books on all kinds of interesting activities, including quilting, embroidery and needlepoint. It's a great spot for gifts, as well!

This is a wonderful fabric store and although I am on the West Coast, the great deal on shipping is very helpful. Such a great selection of excellent quality, beautiful fabric. Awesome customer service too. Love this store!

Accommodating, courteous, wonderful attention to detail. exceptional and prompt service. Highly recommend.
