MARNICS MOBILE REVIEWS

I am extremely impressed with the courteous, professional and efficient service my daughter & I received from Marnics. We required a replacement iPhone battery that was in stock, installed and ready to go within 1 hour of opening on a Saturday morning. I am grateful that respectful professional service such as we were given still exists today. Thank you Marnics. You have earned my recommendation. 5 star.

Customer service here is awesome, especially from a specific employee named Alaric. He was very patient with me and was beyond helpful the couple times I came In needing help switching providers. In terms of cell phone repair, I brought my iPhone in to get the screen replaced and initially everything seemed great, but after a few months the corner of the screen started to fall out, which seems to be a problem that happens with all cell phone repair places as I’ve gone to 4 different repair places in Thunder Bay and have had that same issue everywhere. Hands down would recommend Marnics over any other place in Thunder Bay.

MATT CARR REPAIR REVIEWS

Multiple times over the 5 years I’ve been an entrepreneur, we’ve had electronics fail and need fixing or need replacement quickly. The squad at Matt Carr repair has always helped out as quick as humanly possible. Nothing but praise for Matt and his team from myself and my team at Beefcakes. Thank you so much for being there when we need you.

Brought my IMAC in for servicing as it was running slow and wouldn't even open email files. Matt Carr Repair will now be my go to for any future repairs as the service team is fantastic. You could not ask for better service from the first moment of contact with the shop to the day I picked up my computer Top notch service! My computer runs so efficiently now, all issues resolved! Thanks so much.

They listened to my issue and gave me good advice. I'll take all my repairs to them. They also fixed my phone last summer and did a great job.
