Wasp infestation, I called Toodaloo after hours left a message with answering service who had someone return my asap to set up date and time. Callum came out today super nice friendly knowledgeable, got right to work to spray and remove large Yellow Jacket nest from a 53 ft trailer I use for storage. I was totally amazed at the service Callum provided and especially how thorough he was, right to work ! I would and will recommend Callum and Toodaloo always ! I thought I had a possible issue with rodents in my new home and contacted Toodaloo to provide an inspection. The service was thorough, professional and excellent. Good news was that there were no issues with rodents in the house and was introduced to noise of squirrels running on my roof. Thank you for the great service. I would highly recommend Toodaloo.

The company Norwest Pest Control was prompt and very business like! They provided personal phone service and not from a call centre!! I was amazed! They said a service tech will contact us some time today to set up a time to do the initial visit and provide advice as to what we can do to resolve our rat problem ! The techs name is Mitch who was very pleasant and knowledgeable!!we discussed a plan to put traps into our heating vents which run along the wall and floor and the ductwork runs under the house which is a core floor! After setting the traps , Mitch had step out to process our bill and while he was outside in his truck my wife and I just sat down in the living room. To our amaze , we heard a snap followed by a scurry of noises coming from the living room vent!!! SUCCESS!!! A RAT set off the trap!!! Mitch had returned and we told him he would have to reset the one trap as we caught the culprit..!!!Mitch was also amazed… as it usually doesn’t happen that fast!! But we appreciated the promptness of his work!! We will recommend their service to anyone with Rat issue!!! CHEERS to Mitch and norwest pest control.

I use Norwest for consistent inspections to ensure my properties are well taken care of and I cant recommend them enough, I have my own contact Josh Koral who is extremely responsive and always makes time even when we forget to make our timely inspection appointments. Another thing I appreciate about my inspector is honest advise to do our own due diligence. Thanks to him I have happy tenants, and safe properties.
