I sent an email inquiry expecting to hear back within the week, got a call within the hour and Ryan was out at my house that afternoon. He quickly diagnosed some substantial issues, and he and Ron got back to me with a quote and had the parts replaced in the same day. I was stunned, honestly. Now recommending them to everyone I know. Incredible service; very professional, timely, and fair.

A&R Garage Doors were coming to Atikokan to install a door and stopped to fix our doors. Very pleased with Ryan. He was quick and very nice young man. Will recommend. Thank you

This was my first time contacting Nu-Steel. My dad had the door installed less than ten years ago and I think this was the second call. This time it was up to me so I called and the secretary that answered the phone was beyond helpful and friendly! Someone came the next day and knew exactly what to do and was fixed in no time. He even took apart one remote and let me see the battery just in case I needed to change it. I received my bill yesterday and was a lot less than I was expecting! He was so friendly and knew his job inside and out,I would highly recommend this company!
