Furnace stopped working 2 days after Xmas. Called them at 11:00 that night. Came to see the problem in 3/4 hour....tried to fix problem....gave replacement part price and price for new furnace. We opted for new furnace as it was 25 years old. No pressure for purchasing new furnace. Serviceman friendly, pleasant, informative, and seemed happy doing his job. New furnace installed by 1:00 the next day. No fuss, no muss. Explained best filter use to set room temp. at 68 degrees. Would highly recommend this business.

Andrew was a gem. Fast, professional, knowledgeable and at a fair price. Showed up 2 hrs early which saved me from paying "after-hours " rates. Great customer service from dispatch and Andrew. Well done Clow Darling.

It is just about impossible to have these types of companies to show any interest in providing service. All they do is take down your phone number and say I'll have someone call you. No one ever calls back. It makes you wonder why they even advertise. I rated this a three only because the woman who answered the phone was polite. Only Villeneuve kept their word and called back. Villeneuve removed our old pellet boiler and installed a propane boiler at a very reasonable price. We found their workmanship to be outstanding as well as providing honest advice. Thank you Villeneuve Mechanical for a job well done.

An emergency sewer back up and a blocked toilet in my basement was something that required competent and professional plumbers. Phoning A. Villeneuve was definitely the smart decision. Vince and Alex brought the camera and it recorded the blockages and the problem areas within the full length of the pipes. The jet spray was used and the toilet was put back in place. Three hours and ALL was well. I was so glad to have things working again.

Very professional,helpful and courteous the entire time. I would highly recommend Villeneuve Mechanical LTD to anyone who needs work done! Francis Santerre.
