PC Medic was absolutely amazing. Not only did they have Saturday hours, they were very quick and accommodating They managed to fix the issue and save all data. Problem was fixed for less than $100. All other shops contacted wanted to completely wipe out PC or install new motherboard for $300+. Will definitely be using PC Medic in the future. Thanks for the great service!.

I bought a motherboard online that had an out of date bios, and it needed an update. I called and Dan immediately understood my issue, had be bring it in, and took care of it in a few hours, for a fair price. Afterward, my PC still wasn't posting. I called and Dan said he would look at it. I brought it in, he looked at it right away, and diagnosed the hardware issue, all at no cost. This was very kind of him, especially considering I had ordered all the parts online and assembled it myself. Afterward I was able to swap out the faulty part and my new PC is running perfectly. Overall this was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend Softsell to anyone.

Had an issue with my laptop as I was travelling across the country. Passing by Thunder Bay so jumped into the shop and Dan dropped everything to take a look. Took about 10 minutes to identify and correct issue. Fantastic customer service and knowledge. Thanks so much.

We had an issue with our work computer. After calling several corporate services of which some never called back or didn't do site work, we called Dunrite. Len (owner) came down first thing next morning and worked on one stubborn hard drive. It was a success and we were up and running later that day! It was a pleasure working with a local business with prompt, courteous service which is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend them and they now have a new customer.
