We had Jonmar install our security system and video doorbell in our newly built home. We were very happy with the service and professionalism of John. He was very patient in explaining all of our options to us during the selection process, as well as giving us the pros and cons, and his suggestions, as well as answering all of our follow-up questions along the way even post installation. Every time I’ve reached out to him with a follow up question he was very quick to get back to us and take the time to make sure we were fully satisfied with his reply. All the associated costs with the upfront purchase and the monthly monitoring fees have been very reasonable in my opinion. Everything worked out perfectly for us as we also had Jonmar do all the electrical in our house and both John and Marty made sure that everything was seamless for us. I’d highly recommend Jonmar to anyone.

Jonmar was the best price in Thunder Bay for the security I need for my family. They explained everything to me before they quoted. They were prompt, polite and punctual. They cleaned up when done in a very timely fashion. This is a true 5 star operation. GREAT JOB
