I had a great experience with Amanda and the technician at Mobi Jack's. When I showed up a little later than the 2 hour window they suggested they needed, they had no issues in repairing my phone. I greatly appreciated it! They certainly have my business going forward.

I was quoted a price over the phone and when I arrived, they were able to get me in right away. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, and she explained the repair process to me in detail. The repair took about an hour and a half, and when I was finished, my phone looked like new. I would definitely recommend Mobi Jack's to anyone who needs their phone repaired.

I needed help with my Samsung 21 picture issue. It went wonky in the photo area. All it was, a setting issue. They were so kind pointing that out. Resetted it with kindness. Plus, gave me the steps to fix it in the future. Great place!
