I was HEARTBROKEN when my phone screen cut out and went black. I thought all my kids' pictures were gone. The lovely gentleman working transferred all my pictures and videos from my old phone to my new one! Saved the day and saved my husband from my meltdown lol So we both are entirely grateful .

The team at bower was incredible. They helped my elderly mother seamless transition phones and went above and beyond. So much gratitude.
