Absolutely fantastic service! I came here with a million questions....Im not great with tech stuff. I was taken care of by Dave who spent 30mins with me answering all my questions with patience, expert knowledge and advice. I left feeling more confident and with his advice was able to purchase what I needed. I returned the following week to have my desktop ported to my new laptop. Once again, amazing customer service, and very fair pricing! Thank you so much for the help and guidance Dave! I have an issue with my 2015 mac book pro. Tech City Centre has been extremely helpful and responsive with my issue. They offered transparency on the service job i would need and gave me advice that did not benefit them. They did a great job earning my trust and future business. i am assured that they would not gauge their customers to make a buck, rather identify an issue, resolve it - appropriately.
