SAME DAY GEEK REVIEWS

Michael, the technician, gave an honest assesment of our computer problems, explaining everything so that we completly understood all the issues. After his findings and recomendations we purchased a new computer. Michael set up the new machine ensuring it opperated correctly and went through it's opperation until we were completly satisfied. Excellent work. We would recomend Same Day Geeks.

I emailed this morning, Chris called me within five minutes. He was here this morning and helped me with everything that I needed and billed me exactly what he said he would. Fast, friendly, overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend Same Day Geek and will call them again in the future when we need them.

John helped me with my passwords. Pleased with the home service. Thankyou

We called Same Day geeks for help when our home PC crashed. Michael was out to pick it up the same day. He returned the following day (A Saturday) with a new hard drive installed, all the information saved and transferred over. He then took the time to install all our old programs and set up some new ones. He took the time and had the expertise to deliver the best customer service we have ever experienced, period. It’s a shame more companies don’t operate this way but we are very appreciative these guys do. Thank you Same Day Geeks for an exceptional customer experience and getting us repaired and going again. Much appreciated. - Rich N. Reply

JON COMPUTER REVIEWS

Happy to Jon! We have used Jon’s services several times over the past 3 months as we installed new hardware and re-configured our existing systems. He also handled our relocation including all new wired and wireless systems. Additionally, Jon was able to completely recover to crashed hard-drives thereby saving countless hours of work! We highly recommend Jon for his work and we will continue to use his services.

Jon Lee has helped me many times over the last 3 or 4 years with my computer problems and upgrades (professional and personal computer issues). He has resolved many small, and several completely debilitating, computer problems for me. When I needed to replace my computer he advised me on what to look for to meet the requirements of the drawing software I use in my work. He always responds to our calls quickly, and addresses the problem calmly and in a completely professional manner. He’s a very competent, nice guy to have around and his rates are very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Mr. Lee was pleasant, prompt, efficient, explained things and got the job done without delay. This is a home office. I had been having trouble with my computer and internet connection (Telus) for a week. I had spent many hours on the phone with Telus trying to correct the problems, but without lasting success. I REALLY had to get the problems solved and get back to work. Thank goodness for Jon.

LANGLEY IT SERVICES REVIEWS

Ray and his team were incredible to work with so professional and very responsive. Ray provided status updates throughout his work and delivered as promised. Couldn’t have been happier with the service and knowledge provided and would highly recommend to anyone.

We've been working with Langley IT Services now for several years, and have referred Ray and his company on many occasions. They are a very trustworthy company to deal with, and are very good at what they do.

Ray from Langley IT is the best! Super nice guy and very helpful! I will use Ray going forward, nobody else! Thanks Ray.
