Our hot water tank failed on us on Saturday night. After a refreshing cold shower on Sunday morning, I phoned Gary at Willowbrook Plumbing and gave him the details (of the tank... not my shower) and told him we were looking to go tankless and would like to schedule an appointment for a qoute. After a few good questions about our current setup, he was at our place in Walnut Grove in under an hour, after looking at everything and doing some measurements to make sure we would be able to go tankless while meeting code (these measurements were mainly in regards to fresh air and exhaust that a natural gas tankless system requires) he gave what my wife and I felt was a very reasonable qoute, and best yet he was able to do the job same day! We weren't expecting to get anyone out on a Sunday for a qoute, let alone do the job. Gary and his assistant were very respectful, took good care in the work they were doing, put down sheets to protect our flooring, and took care of everything in around six hours. When they were done, they cleaned everything and even put back anything they had moved to where they had found it, then walked me through how the new system works, and described the service routine that is required with the system. Overall my wife and I were very happy with Willowbrook plumbing, and the services they rendered us. Without hesitation, they will be our first call in the future for any of our plumbing needs.

Gary and his team is great and know what they are doing. Reasonable price and easy to talk to. Fleetwood Rise West. In addition, I've learned that pressure valve can be adjusted to the required PSI without replacing it. How ever, not all valves are adjustable. In short, it depends on what applies to your place. Thank you Gary for educating us. I researched this too.

Highly recommend Willowbrook Plumbing and Heating. Professional, courteous, friendly and reasonably priced. Showed up when they said they would (early actually) and diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. My new “go to” for any plumbing and hvac issues!
