Taylor arrived within the time frame of the appointment. He checked with me prior to starting the maintenance regarding any problems and where to find the equipment, thermostat and other things he might need. After servicing I was given a full report on my equipment and also told of a possible future problem.

We have used Gandy both for install work (generator and upgrades to our electrical panel) and for yearly maintenance of our A/C, furnace, hot water system and generator. Their team is professional, on time and provides great customer service. I highly recommend them!

South Fraser Heating and Cooling did an excellent job relocating our AC unit and quickly responding when it wasn’t cooling properly. Their customer service was by far the best I’ve experienced—they were professional, responsive, and offered helpful advice throughout. The quality of their work was outstanding. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future.

I am very happy this team to help me replacing and installing very old furnace and water tank. All of them are very nice people and very patient to explain all information I need to know. I will recommend this company to anyone. They are not like some other company just want to rush to finish the job. They did a good job in a professional way.

Been using south Fraser for the last few yrs and they are very reasonably priced and do a great job. Joseph was respectful when they he came into our home and was a pleasure to have him help us out with our AC unit.

Dan and his team are very thorough and up front about the services and costs. They run a true family business and treat their employees and customers right. We had installed a central a/c system that was customized for our unit specifications. Many others in our strata also used Airco for their brilliant customer service. We were more than satisfied with the results and installation. William was amazing in his perseverance to stay all day and finish the installation without an assistant. He managed to teach us how to use the display as well. Thanks to the team for arranging the appointment much earlier than predicted!

Airco was great to deal with! Dan and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and provided details on the various products they offer. They’ve helped us with air conditioning and hot water tank replacement. They were punctual, easy to contact and ensured we were satisfied with the final product. Dan even went above and beyond by helping us deal with the various rebates. Highly recommend Airco if you’re looking for amazing service and a highly knowledgeable team!

We had a Daiken heat pump, furnace, thermostat installed by Airco. The installers, William, and Jordan were top notch; friendly, polite, very knowkedgeable, and true professionals in their craft. My wife and I were very impressed. Thanks to Dan and his team.
