They are quite wonderful and truly want to help. I am currently feeling better after some allergy meds prescribed by my doctor, but I had initially thought I had bug bites either from sleeping with my dog or from some sort of bed bugs. I was pretty freaked out. After visiting the vet, the doctor and calling total pests for a quote. He was able to take a look at my bites and assured me it was unlikely bed bites and looked like skin allergies. Surely enough, I feel better by the evening as the itchiness subsides. I really appreciate companies that really emphasize on client trust and customer services rather than scare you into using their services. I will be hiring them if I ever have any problems though. Highly recommend.

We had ants!! They were driving us crazy. We had a tight time frame and they came out right away. Usmaan was very knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process. He was super polite and very reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend and use again if we ever need anything else. Thanks so much.

I've used this company at 2 of my houses and have been very happy with their service. Problem ants are gone, and great followup if any issues arise.

Big shout out to Mike of Total Pest Control, Langley. Mike came to our residence in Cloverdale to deal with a Wasp problem in the chimney. He inspected the inside of the chimney, and located a medium sized hive. Most of the wasps were dead due to my spraying. Mike removed the hive and cleaned the area. Rykki was dispatched to my service request. She was professional, courteous and respectful of my home. She thoroughly treated the areas. Shout out to the office staff too - they were very helpful when setting up my appointment.

Chis, the service technician was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Hopefully the wasps are gone! Kelsey did a good job on the phone as well.

Thomas was knowledgeable and friendly. Happy with the service provided.

Very professional. Our pest activity dramatically went down after days after their initial visit. The one thing that I really appreciated that you don't get with a lot of continuous service companies, is that Bugman took it on themselves to schedule follow up services that were part of the contract, rather than me having to follow up and schedule. One less thing I had to remember and worry about. Definitely recommend.

Very helpful, professional and courteous. After the treatment for ants, haven't saw any return of them. Cant beat the 6 month warranty on their treatments in comparison to other pest control companies.

Bugman was very easy to deal with, showed up within the 2 hour time schedule. The tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and neat in appearance. I would definitely use them again if I need to. Thanks again.
