Tyler and his assistant did a great job in taking out a large willow tree for us that was in a really tight spot between a hedge and some planters. Tyler guided us through the city’s application process, set clear expectations about how he’d take the tree down, and did the job quickly and safely. Tyler and his assistant were both very easy to deal with. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Pacific Hedge again and recommend them highly.

The crew arrived and after confirming what needed doing, they assembled their gear, and went about doing the job in a professional way. My sister-in-law and myself were in awe at how organized they were. While one climbed a tree to cut dead branches, another was pruning another tree. As they worked, they continually cleaned up and shredded the branches. Not only did they do their job professionally and safely, all of them were super easy to talk with. Similar to other reviewers, I had a cedar that had to come down due to rot. Raynar and his crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. There was no messing around. It was nice to see what felt like traditional work values in action. No one was ever standing still while there was any work to be done. Hard workers and reasonable rates. What more could you ask for?
We had a tall spruce tree at my back yard. We got couple quotations and checked the schedule for removal date. When we decided, the Arbor Barber arranged the schedule very quickly. They finished the job in good quality and we are so happy to remove the tree without any problem. Thanks for their professional skill and manner.
