I went in for a power problem with my six year old Acer Travelmate, which George solved in about four minutes. He then went on to make some suggestions about how I could improve my speed and I took him up on it. Left the computer with him, he said it would take a week due to needing to order parts. He called me exactly a week later to let me know it was ready. My laptop now runs like a swiss watch. Astounding improvement. I highly recommend this business.
