Dale is a great guy fixed my MacBook Pro in no time. Very understanding and welcoming, would recommend to anyone looking for any Mac repairs !

My daughter had just returned to University, and not even a week in, her MacBook keyboard and mouse were unresponsive. As this had happened to her once before, and was repaired by Apple Care, she was frustrated and wanted to purchase a new machine for $1998 Plus tax. I called Dale, and dropped the MacBook off on a Tuesday morning, and he had it repaired by end of day same day. I was able to get it back to my daughter next day. Dale not only understood the urgency of the situation, but also saved us over $1800 from having to replace the machine. I can’t say enough how professional, fair and helpful Dale was with us. Mac Repair and Consulting was incredibly helpful, responsive and supportive to fixing my rather small problem of not having an older MacBook Pro charger and possible issues with my Uncle’s MacBook (I was helping my uncle sort his affairs and move, so only in town for a few days). By text and over the weekend Dale determined that he did have the right charger and then was able to support a visit on Sunday to test and diagnosis it, and then allow me to buy the charger. Dale is very knowledgable in Mac repair! He fixed my iMac when it was having problems not being able to read it's own hard drive. I didn't have a working keyboard and mouse and he was able to use his in order to repair it. I was also having a pop up on my Macbook that would not go away. Dale was able to install an anti malware software and rid my computer of all that was going wrong! Very friendly and super nice!
