This was great experience for me and new puppy. I could have muddled through and attempted this myself but attending the training and learning the how, when and what to do to achieve results was very beneficial. Christie was thorough and supportive and made it very easy to understand how to train my puppy. Highly recommend TLC !!!.

Christie's classes are excellent. Her instruction is very clear, economical and precise. Then we practice and she watches us do it - which I think is a super important part of a class. She packs a lot into a class - just the right amount. I have had two dogs in her classes and we will be back for sure! Super fun and great bonding for me and my girls!.

I'll start by saying we have a German Shepherd that has a variety of behavioural issues including being extremely reactive (to people, dogs and cars). He just turned 6 and for the past 5 years we have been walking him in secluded areas, and have been fearful of having him around any other people. David from ProK9 came to our house and immediately recognized the issues that we were dealing with. He explained his training techniques and shortly after we were walking down the busy street (past other dogs, people, cars). Dave explained what we had been doing incorrectly and quickly showed us how to fix the issues we had been dealing with. It's now been 2 weeks and the change in my dog has been amazing. I am a retired dog handler with 25 yrs experience and thought I knew everything, until two of our large breed dogs started viciously fighting at home. None of the tactics I used worked. David was fantastic working with us and our dog Timmy! He was fast, efficient and excellent with the training. He highly recommended for us to get the e collar, which we did, within 15 minutes of David training our dog and training us on how to use the e-collar, we had a different dog. Before Timmy would take us for walks, he wouldn't listen when we called his name, but after a few sessions with David we got a great dog who we now love to take for walks! Highly recommend Pro K9!.
