I can’t say enough great things about Dumbledogs! We started with Puppy Pre-School with Amanda, and she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. As a new puppy parent, I left every class feeling more confident and equipped with practical tools we could actually use at home. We also did a private bootcamp with Donna, and she was absolutely fantastic. She’s so friendly and clearly passionate about what she does. She gave us a detailed report card with guidance on how to continue Doug’s training at home, and we noticed a difference in his behaviour after just one day! We’ve since signed up for more group classes with other trainers and have been just as impressed. We’re working with Rhiannon in their “Basic Manners” class and we’re so excited to continue building on everything he has already learned. Our pup now attends their day camp and he gets SO excited when we pull up, that alone says everything. The staff are attentive, caring, and share photos and videos throughout the day on their instagram, which gives us peace of mind. It’s obvious the dogs are loved and well cared for. We absolutely love Dumbledogs and are so grateful to have found them. We’re looking forward to many more classes.

It was 5 weeks of leash and manners training. Amanda was a great teacher. The dogs all did very well. And as people we learned the most. :) It has helped me know how to effectively and calmly train my dog. He was trained to some extent before I got him. (Hence the earlier comment about people.) We had a lot of fun and the other people/dogs were great too! I am looking forward to more classes.

Great staff who truly care about you and your dog! They always let me know how my pup was during the day and give recommendations on good days to bring her in and don’t push her to go to full days or come in more as she’s getting comfortable with daycare. The training here is also great and very helpful! They take tons of videos of daycare during the day so you can see what your dog is up to.

I'll start by saying we have a German Shepherd that has a variety of behavioural issues including being extremely reactive (to people, dogs and cars). He just turned 6 and for the past 5 years we have been walking him in secluded areas, and have been fearful of having him around any other people. David from ProK9 came to our house and immediately recognized the issues that we were dealing with. He explained his training techniques and shortly after we were walking down the busy street (past other dogs, people, cars). Dave explained what we had been doing incorrectly and quickly showed us how to fix the issues we had been dealing with. It's now been 2 weeks and the change in my dog has been amazing. I am a retired dog handler with 25 yrs experience and thought I knew everything, until two of our large breed dogs started viciously fighting at home. None of the tactics I used worked. David was fantastic working with us and our dog Timmy! He was fast, efficient and excellent with the training. He highly recommended for us to get the e collar, which we did, within 15 minutes of David training our dog and training us on how to use the e-collar, we had a different dog. Before Timmy would take us for walks, he wouldn't listen when we called his name, but after a few sessions with David we got a great dog who we now love to take for walks! Highly recommend Pro K9!.
