From the receptionist to the washers—everyone is so nice to deal with! It’s so seldom these days that folks go out of their way for you—or even remember who you are. We had issues with hard water stains on our windows. Ken remembered us from last year and went out of his way to make them disappear! This company has our business for as long as we own our house! Thanks so much!!!

I'm so glad I finally found Ken's Window Washing! I have tried 2 other window washing companies before and they were just okay (and took forever doing it). This is by far the best experience I've had and I will definitely be using their services going forward. We have now used this company several times and have consistently had a positive experience. Their crew is polite, efficient and they do a great job too! I really appreciated the reminder message and phone call to let us know when they were on their way to our house. The price point for their services it's also very reasonable. All in all, I would have no hesitations recommending them to a friend!

Crew arrived on time and did our two story walkout basement (like three stories on rear) in about 40 minutes inside and out. Clean. Friendly. Great communication throughout with both on site staff and office staff. Good stuff!

I think the service was great, but without an aerial photo of what was done, am relying on the integrity of the company that they did what they said they would. They were certainly friendly, polite, and quick.
