I was having problems with two of my electrical outlets in my home. It being the Canada Day long weekend I knew it would be hard to find help. I threw a Hail-Mary pass and decided to call Expert Electric in hopes that someone might be able to help me. The receptionist on call took my information and told me that someone would be in touch. To my surprise, Chuck from the Expert Electric commercials called me within fifteen minutes. I explained my situation, and he actually walked me through trouble shooting the issue in hopes that I could resolve the issue myself and save some money. Me being from a mechanical background, I am very apprehensive when it comes to electricity but Chuck set my mind at ease and assured me that so long as I follow his direction there would be no imminent danger as I would be merely identifying the problem. I couldn't believe that Chuck was willing to help me on his own time, out of the goodness of his heart. This "old way" mentality of helping your fellow man is so refreshing to see in this day and age of "the bottom line matters the most". After eliminating possible problems, unfortunately I could not fix the issue. Chuck then deployed one of his electricians ASAP. When Beaver the electrician arrived, he conducted himself in a very courteous and professional manner. He immediately set out to find the issue and worked his way through to resolve it. He was efficient and wasted no time. Before I knew it he had fixed the outlets and also fixed my back yard outdoor light without me asking him to. Apparently all three issues were all the same problem.

The service technician, came at the assigned time and was quite polite and helpful. He did a great job and of course he cleaned up after he was finished. I’m so happy with everything he did. Thank you very much. I will definitely be sending you to other people.

Excellent company! They quoted me much lower to install a wall charger for my EV. Very professional and knowledgeable, they were able to answer all my questions with confidence. The work was done as quoted, on time, and they workers were kind and left the jobsite spotless. It's been months now and our wall charger works great! Highly recommend, we'll use them again in the future.

I had Jacob from Knight Electric do some work for me. He was very prompt, polite and professional. He took the time to explain the work being done. Will definitely call Knight Electric for any future work I may have.

Jacob came out, diagnosed the problem, implemented a solution, what a great professional job.
