I was extremely pleased with the service I received. My initial contact was with the call taker who was kind and courteous. The plumber arrived on time, he was polite and hard working. He patiently explained the problem I was experiencing and described how he would address it. He worked very hard to complete the repair and ensured he cleaned everything up before he left the house. I was thoroughly impressed with all aspects of this company.

Ben was excellent. Good communication and very knowledgeable. He found the problem we might have and recommended Jake to bring the camera to further check the entire sewer pipe. Great communication with receptionist at the office as well. Cost to date seems very reasonable.

I wasn’t at home but my mother was there and told me that the plumber was very nice to talk to and he promptly solved our plumbing issue by replacing cartridges in our bathtub. He didn’t leave a mess and was polite and efficient. Thank you.

Barrett came to our house at 1 AM on a Saturday night, within 30 minutes of our call. He came in, fixed the problem and will be fixing the remainder of it tomorrow when the suppliers re-open. Great service, friendly guy, and someone I’d recommend to anyone. Five stars without question.

Landon is a fantastic guy and plumber. We had a problematic drain issue and he fixed it up to standard. He also fixed the goofy trap under the sink. Great guy and great plumber, efficient, smart, and clean.

Friendly and punctual, did a great job installing my new dishwasher and even repaired my leaking under my sink while here. Would definitely recommend.

I had Mitch come over the same day I called. He highlighted the problem with my toilet and helped me resolve the situation. He is extremely knowledgeable and a very good worker. Left the worksite spotless. He also fixed my shower for me while here. Can't say enough about this company and will definitely use them in the future.

We had Shortys install a heat pump and a new hot water tank in our Winnipeg home. From the first moment they had great communication and timely follow up. The crew was on time, polite, a great to have around for the 1.5 days of work. I will recommend them to all of my clients needing work done.
