Completed the ordering and financing for a new AC system all over text in about an hour. 48 hours later a team of 3 showed up and had everything installed in about 3 hours. The installers were very polite and took the time to show us how everything worked. They cleaned up their mess and took our old equipment with them. Definitely a 10/10 experience! We will use them when our furnace crops out.

Dylan and Miguel came out to install a new furnace for me today. They were very kind, professional, and knowledgeable about the work they do. They explained everything to me about the issues I was having, and answered all of my questions. The quality of their work was also significantly better than another local company I have used in the past. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Reliance if I have any issues in the future.

Shaun Collao - did a great job- he found that a mouse had chewed through the wires and nested in AC - AC worked but thermostat did not and quickly repaired everything to our greatest satisfaction and also stayed to show us how to maintain our AC better + explained the handling of the new thermostat - in the middle of a heat wave we could not have been happier with his service, he did everything to get our AC set asap to ensure we had cooling with the 32-33 degrees C for the rest of the week. Thank you Shaun Collao.

Had a great experience with Halen, Ricky, James and Cole installing our new AC. They were professional, answering all our questions, clean and efficient. From first meet to install was 1 day! They were patient and friendly with my curious kiddo as well. We will definitely use their services again.
