Called last Friday, received return call fist thing Monday morning. Main board in my operator was cooked, has neen on backordered for a several months. My car was stuck inside my garage,a service tech came out raised the door, did measurements for spring replacement, then came and installed the new spring, and replaced my weather stripping and bottom seal ,on the promised installation date and time.
