I've had this favourite cold-weather waist coat for like ever that I've worn every winter since new and the other week the zipper finally broke loose at the bottom. I'd repaired it before with some crazy glue, but there wasn't anything left on the zipper itself to adhere to so I thought I would need to buy a new jacket. I mean it's been beat up, has the odd stain on it, but it's so comfy...just not with a broken zipper. Instead of going online to find where I could go to look for a new coat, I thought I’d try to find a place that did alterations, namely zipper repair. Found Quality and called, they said they did so I dropped it off. When I was there, I did mention it didn’t matter if the zipper changed the “look” of the coat as there was a flap that covered it. A week later It was ready and OMG, I cannot tell that it had been changed, colour was a match, and it was also a better zipper than what was on there in the first place. Added bonus was it was far cheaper than replacing the coat. Thank you so much! I changed into it first chance I had LOL

We were in a bind and needed a dress and shirt dry cleaned for a wedding. They were able to squeeze us into their already full day. Very much appreciated. Thank you.

They do a very amazing job on altering tailoring and fixing ripped clothes in a timely manner and price is very good too I will always go back to them.

I have been a customer of Foch cleaners for over 20 years. Their service has always been exemplary. They have always allowed me to maintain an account, which financially, has always been appreciated. Lately, I have had two instances where I needed their tailor's help on short notice. Not only has he dealt with me on one,.....he has gone out of his way to find solutions to my issues and always with a smile and on a very timely basis. I have to give a shout out to Foch and their exceptional tailor.

I have personally dealt with Foch for 20 years. They do a great job and the prices are very good. Plus a quick turnaround time...never had an issue.

Clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and it's always a good experience doing laundry there.

Amazing dry cleaning and zipper repair. BUT.. A bit pricey and did work I NEVER asked for. Asked for zipper repair and got dry cleaned and only 1 out of 3 zippers repaired. Cost me $135 when I only wanted zipper repair on my goose down coat. Out ofmy budget and had to borrow money to get my winter coat back. But regardless I'm happy with the turnout but not the non asked for added services.

Excellent service for both cleaning and alterations! Staff is always friendly and helpful! Special thanks to Kris, who always has a warm smile and is helpful in answering my questions. Kris exemplifies all the components of stellar customer service!

Excellent service, excellent work and excellent prices. I always only have all drycleaning and alterations done here. This price was for cleaning 2 white shirts and a 3 piece suite (with sleeve shortening). And they did it on a few days.
