The staff were fenominal, so helpful to us. We just moved up from Toronto and needed temporary storage! I have to say wow! The friendliness, help, information, and kindness shown to me was tops! The storage unit was so clean, Cathy offered a bigger unit, we didn't know it but we really needed it! I'm just so impressed by how great our experience was, especially being new to the Soo! I highly recommend Vautra on Queen.

Had to store my motorcycle while I was in the process of moving up to the Soo. Had to store it for just over a month. They worked out a very fair price for me. They were great to deal with, trustworthy and helpful. I was able to concentrate on my move, then came to get my bike when I was ready.

Renting a storage unit with Vaultra was a quick and easy process. The staff are friendly and supportive and the facility is clean. Thank you.

Daphne is amazing and friendly and helpful. She explained everything and helped us out and is on top of all the details and calls and call backs!! Company is lucky to have her because not much gets by and she makes sure to chase non payers so people like me can get a space.

Fantastic pricing! They somehow got me a unit at the perfect time even after they were at full capacity! Would recommend all day long.

Very nice owners. Always helpful and accommodating. Never had any issues and they have competitive pricing.
