I recently had to change an old 40 gall rental, water heater .. I called and spoke to a very efficient, and pleasant Rep Nina ..she set up an appointment for the next day at 10am ..next day got an early call from Joey inquiring about possibly starting the job sooner ... I agreed and he was at my door 1/2 hr later ..the Job was estimated to take about 3hrs ..he had the old tank disconnected then called a colleague Mark to help remove the old tank up from the basement ..and take the new one down. Well the whole job was done in under a couple hours ..I was still reeling from the fact I had two workers who were friendly, and efficient and wanted work, and to keep their customers happy, also a Rep in a call Centre that did not hang up. What a nice group of people, and what a change nowadays.. Good Job!

I recently had to replace my furnace and a/c as they were 21 years old and had received a violation from my previous provider. After discussing my options with a few places, we proceeded with Reliance as they offered a very reasonable price and good service. Thank you to Josh, Michaela, Mateo and Damien for the positive experience.

Had a hot water emergency last night. The tech Matt came and quickly figured out what was the issue.He was courteous and prompt and will return to complete the job. He’s very knowledgeable in diagnosing what issue we may be having.

Dean Vye was the person we started with and he was always checking in each day throughout the entire renovation to make sure everything was being done the way we wanted. He was very accommodating when scheduling a time that worked for us. They had experts for each stage of the process so the end result of our bathroom renovation is truly beautiful and exactly as we wanted. Everyone I dealt with at DNM Plumbing was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I’ll miss talking to Alexis in the office. She’s a sweetheart.

Called them out on a Sunday for an emergency. They arrived within 30 minutes and quickly took care of the pipe replacement on the spot. Emergency call out fee was fair. Young man who came was respectful and did a tidy job. 5.

We’ve used DNM for the last year for any plumbing issues and they have been amazing. Professional customer service, knowledgeable staff, and the payment process is quick and easy.
