3 Best HVAC Services in Sault Ste. Marie, ON

I recently had to change an old 40 gall rental, water heater .. I called and spoke to a very efficient, and pleasant Rep Nina ..she set up an appointment for the next day at 10am ..next day got an early call from Joey inquiring about possibly starting the job sooner ... I agreed and he was at my door 1/2 hr later ..the Job was estimated to take about 3hrs ..he had the old tank disconnected then called a colleague Mark to help remove the old tank up from the basement ..and take the new one down. Well the whole job was done in under a couple hours ..I was still reeling from the fact I had two workers who were friendly, and efficient and wanted work, and to keep their customers happy, also a Rep in a call Centre that did not hang up. What a nice group of people, and what a change nowadays.. Good Job!.

I recently had to replace my furnace and a/c as they were 21 years old and had received a violation from my previous provider. After discussing my options with a few places, we proceeded with Reliance as they offered a very reasonable price and good service. Thank you to Josh, Michaela, Mateo and Damien for the positive experience.

Had a hot water emergency last night. The tech Matt came and quickly figured out what was the issue. He was courteous and prompt and will return to complete the job. He’s very knowledgeable in diagnosing what issue we may be having.

"Stellar" is really the perfect way to describe the services that Josh, Dan, Nick, and the team at Stellar HVAC provided. They recently tackled a nagging issue with my furnace that a competitor company could not solve, and also professionally installed a complex water filtration system for me. They provided prompt service, were highly knowledgeable, and were reasonably priced. As someone who values keeping business right here in the Sault, I couldn't wait to switch to their StellarCare Complete plan. It feels great knowing a dedicated, community-focused team will be servicing my home for years to come.

The connecter hose on the pump on my furnace had snapped off and was spurting water whenever furnace kicked in. Long story short was given the run around by other companies and one l had dealt with for years. Called Stellar and explained my situation, they were so helpful. Someone came that afternoon and installed a new pump and solved my problem. They were prompt, polite and l certainly recommend. Thank you Stellar you’re absolutely a company one can depend on.

I needed my dryer tube re-installed. Spoke with Josh on the phone to set it up, and Nick and his co-worker showed up the next day. They were finished in maybe five minutes. Clean job, super nice guys, awesome. I highly recommend Stellar.
