I work for one of the busiest funeral homes in Canada so I know a little bit about the services they provide. When my father died in Sault Ste. Marie I was told that Arthur Funeral Home is who I should meet with. Clint and La-Na were exceptional. They guided us through every choice and detail that we would need to consider for the funeral and dealing with the estate issues that would follow. If you need funeral home services in Sault Ste. Ken and the entire staff at Arthur Funeral Home exceeded our expectations in fulfilling our needs for my mother’s funeral. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, planning funeral arrangements was made significantly easier by Ken, who ensured meticulous attention to detail throughout the process. We are incredibly grateful for Arthur Funeral Home’s outstanding service and highly recommend them without reservation.

The Family at Arthur's Funeral home was outstanding, handling all the little details that we would never have thought of and that made my Dad's celebration so much more memorable. My Dad had of course prearranged this day so the big stuff had been decided, but taking care of the rest was still necessary and the Arthur team was wonderful to work with in a difficult time. Very compassionate and thorough. A small example, one of the out-of-town family members had forgotten to wear his belt in all of the commotion and one of the staff at Arthur's discreetly offered his own belt....who does that? An establishment that cares for their clients, that's who. Our family extends a BIG thank you to the family at Arthur's Funeral Home!

Our experience with O'Sullivan's was superb. Every interaction with our funeral director Jules was respectful and informative. All our questions were answered and every detail of the funeral was organized. During such a difficult time, we were so lucky to have such amazing support from Jules. It allowed us to focus on preparing the personalized aspects of the funeral (e.g. eulogy) rather than the minutiae of the day (e.g. sign in book, food). In the unhappy that you need to plan a funeral, I highly recommend using O'Sullivan.

Terra, Emily, Christine and Serena were amazing, they gave us office space to fax, paper shred etc. To have a place to organize our mother's affairs. We dropped everything off to them...pics, memorabilia, food, drinks and they set everything up impeccably better than I could imagine. They helped and guided through all the finality of mom's affairs with absolute dignity and respect. They provided division of ashes in dignified velvet bags, plenty of obituary cards and Thank You cards. Amazing place for the dignity and respect of your loved ones final wishes. Especially Thank You Terra you are amazing!! Thank you for making a difficult time much easier!

The staff were so kind and sincere taking care of my grandpa who we lost unexpectedly. They were very empathic and treated us with utmost respect. Really treated us like family through such a difficult time. All the services that were provided were given in detail and explained throughly so that we were able to put our minds at ease knowing he was in very good hands. Thank you to all the amazing staff that worked with us. You really did help in the most difficult time for myself and my family. Would highly recommend.

My experience with Northwood Funeral home has always been great! I had a chance to speak with Christine in the office today and she could not have been more helpful.
