Solid 5. I had exhaust bathroom fan installed by Hauer company. House was build in 1982 so only ventilation we had is a small window in the bathroom. Guys came in the morning (on time), installed fan, done electrical part and made opening in the roof, connected all with the insulated duct I love my new fan in the bathroom.

I contacted Hauer regarding a flickering light in my kitchen (ended up needing a replacement of the light fixture) plus replacing a couple of smoke detectors. I had questions I sent by email prior to booking the appointment. Ryan and Daniel were very quick to respond. I also love the fact that they sent me an electronic appointment confirmation that I was able to add to my calendar quickly. Angie was the electrician who did my installations. She was very professional and very personable. I was very happy with her service. On the next business day, Hauer sent me an electronic invoice, which l was able to pay easily with Apple Pay. I love a business that knows how to use available technology for the best client service possible! I will contact Hauer for sure if I ever need electrical work done again.

Making it look easy, Goran completed everything in a timely manner & perfectly. From our first call to them to the invoice and payment, every part of our experience was positive.
