Dr. J.P. Souaid - Ottawa Ear Clinic

I'm almost at the end of treatment for Meniere's disease with Dr Souaid. I don't have enough superlatives to describe my result , and my experience . Firstly, his staff is wonderful, accommodating, friendly and efficient. Dr. Souaid listens, is empathetic , and most importantly is effective. He quickly diagnosed a problem that others missed or ignored the severity of. He put me on a course of treatment that reversed my symptoms and restored my hearing loss . I can't thank him enough and highly recommend him and his clinic.

After 24 years of ear trouble my daughter luckily was referred to Dr Souaid. I cannot express how grateful I am that happened. He always answers questions and is so nice. He cares so much and it shows. He took the time to do the treatments before surgery. He is very knowledgeable. Before surgery he took the time to reassure my daughter. In a time where doctors don't take the time and just have a revolving office he is a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much for all you have done and all you are doing. We will always be grateful to him.

Dr. Souaid is by far the best specialist I've ever delt with. I've had problems with my left ear for many years and went from one specialist to another. He is very caring and very attentive to all my worries and concerns. Dr. Souaid preformed my surgery and it went better than i could have expected. I definitely want to give the receptionist that works at this clinic a shout out because she's so kind and very understanding to my urgent needs and had always fit me in to see Dr. Souaid when it's been urgent. Overall this clinic is 10 out of 10.
