Excellent customer service. I had never rented from them before, but they had pink highball glasses which I needed for a bridal shower. Prices were reasonable, all rentals were clean. I would suggest that they put pictures of the drink dispensers on the outside of the boxes so we know how they go together.

On time, on short notice. Quick set up. No errors on the order for supplies etc. We changed our mind A. LOT. as our event shifted. Marci was great at adapting. We were not easy because our event came together quickly and our guest list kept changing. She went with the flow and got us what we needed - Bobbi M.
