3 Best Fencing Contractors in Kingston, ON

OPF came highly recommended to me and I’m thrilled with the fence that they have installed. It was put up in record time with every interaction of staff attentive, effective and to the point. My every contact from beginning to end was responded to quickly and satisfactorily. I appreciate the fine customer service and consolidated effort to address every concern expressed in contacts with members of the OPF team. I recommend this excellent team to everyone who is in the market for anything this wonderful company offers!!!.

A great company with great service. Superb attention to detail. Saw the installers continually checking and rechecking the post sto make sure they were perfectly level etc. Got our fence done ahead of schedule. Love our new fence. Highly recommended. A+++.

Very profession company. They installed white PVC picket fencing in a large portion of our yard and the work was seamless! Beautiful job and the guys were very thoughtful. Couldn’t be more pleased!

Very disappointed with this company. They showed up on my site with someone else's fence order and tried to make it work instead of admitting their mistake and getting the materials that I had ordered. To top it off, they tried to hide the fact that they picked up the wrong order and proceeded to install it. During installation, they ripped out my survey pin and hid it in the bushes. Imagine my surprise when I found the twisted survey pin the next day. The result was a poor quality fence that did not meet any of my expectations - expectations that were clearly spelled out in the contract and correspondences. If you must use this company, my advice would be to watch them like a hawk and document everything. Be warned! - Dan McNicoll

ONTARIO PROVINCIAL FENCE INC.

The customer was on site throughout the installation, watching the work as it progressed and able to communicate with our crew during the project. The suggestion that circumstances were somehow concealed from the customer does not reflect what occurred on site. It should also be noted that OPF has not been paid the outstanding balance for the work completed. That is a significant part of this dispute that is absent from the review. Because there is an active disagreement regarding the project and payment, we will not conduct the dispute through online reviews. We have records and documentation concerning the installation and will deal with the matter through the proper channels. We welcome fair criticism when it is warranted, but we also believe our company deserves a fair and complete representation of the facts.
