Mathew and Connor were amazing! We had a tricky outlet that we needed checked out just to be sure there were no larger issues. They were courteous (they took off their boots!), incredibly polite, great conversationalists, made friends with the dog, AND checked on three other outlets for me (all of which needed changing or upgrading, as it turned out). They worked efficiently, left the place in good condition, and explained everything to me very well. The price for their work and materials was more than fair. I will absolutely be calling them again (and, if I could, their parents to tell them what nice kids they raised.)

I was concerned when Enercare took over our local HVAC service by Service Experts but they've continued the great service and support I've had by SE over the years. The technician, Rob M., was friendly and informative about grants, upgrades and my current system and answered all of my questions. This is similar to every interaction I've had with techs during my yearly furnaces maintenance checks. Hope they keep up the great work! Update Dec 2023: Spencer and Geoff did an installation for me last week. Great guys! Helpful, friendly and great attitudes. Update Aug 2024: Jesse H came in for the annual furnace inspection and gave me some great information. I've never had any problems with any Enercare service. Apparently some people have complained about their call centre service and they might have misrepresented their monthly AC service plan and if that's the case I'll Definitely mention it here and downgrade the ratings. Never a problem with their service technicians.

Spencer and Alex spent the last 2 days here installing a heat pump and new furnace. They were super professional, friendly and personable. They were very focused on their work, communicating with each other well, providing me with regular updates and answering any questions I had. They put down protective rugs throughout the house and their clean up was impeccable. This was a big job and they did it well. On the first day, 3 additional Enercare staff came for the afternoon to assist. They all seemed to work very well together and were very supportive of each other. So happy to have the work done very quickly as my AC gave out in the middle of a heat wave. Nice to have a cool house and to know that I have reliable equipment for the cold weather ahead. Spencer and Alex did fantastic work! A pleasure to have in my home and appreciate that they put up with my crazy dog who felt the need to supervise them. I have been experiencing plumbing problems for the last four days. Fortunately, we are insured under Reliance Home Comfort for plumbing services. A technician was on-site for two hours, and the final option was to excavate. We then contacted Bill Cooper from Enercare. Within less than an hour, he successfully repaired the plugged sewer line. His expertise and amiable demeanor have reassured me that the sewer system will return to its normal functioning. Thank you, Bill!
