We recently lost our mother and have used Gordon F Tompkins several times in the past. We've always been very pleased with the service provided but this time was so different. Kevin walked us through the entire planning process and was very patient and kind. His knowledge and expertise was beyond professional. Shane, went out of his way to make sure he was there on shift to greet us when our family arrived. Our mother looked magnificent and was better than we ever expected. In closing, Stacy helped us understand the finalizing of the estate and welcomed us back for planning of our future individual needs. My Beautiful Mom passed away April 13th, I didn’t realize that she was still at the hospital on the 14th, once I realized this and called Gordon Tompkins, Karen was right on it, she called me within 3-5 minutes, understood the mix up in my doing, as I gave the hospital Glenhaven Memorial information and thought all was looked after, from the minute that I was dealing with Karen, I felt at ease, not only did someone cared but she knew exactly what to do, she handled everything with love and care, I felt zcomforted throughout this whole emotional time, she was so understanding and she was always there for me, 24/7 as she told me. She was a gift to me to help me through, I felt like my Mom sent me an Angel, I really needed that extra special touch , I am so grateful to this day with having Karen by my side. Laura reached out to me too, she made my Mother as beautiful as she was in real life, she looked so peaceful and absolutely amazing, this was a huge comfort as well. The staff was very friendly and compassionate. I will work with Karen again to get my Dad’s arrangement. my family and I have had a very hard time, we lost our mom and brother in the span of a month. Tompkins was up for the task and we are very grateful for their services. Myself, I dealt with Karen and Mackenzie, two thoughtful and caring staff. My niece and sister met with Daniel who I'm sure was just as caring. We also had The Venerable Bill Clarke Archdeacon of Kingston officiate over a graveside service for both my mom & brother. Bill was also up for the task. My family is very thankful to all the staff at Tompkins, there are others who assisted us inside and at the gravesite...thank you.

t was absolutely the Best! Ryan and his staff were so kind,thoughtful,professional and Ryan made our arrangements easy to plan and with a little humor to help us navigate through the whole process from start to finish! The whole experience with them was great. They made my husband's celebration of life absolutely him. The food was amazing and the presentation was beautiful! The cost well as far as funerals go was very reasonable for the amazing care for all the detail that went into it. We bought urn necklaces that were stunning and I highly recommend getting them. My daughters was beyond beautiful and the best ever memory of her Dad she will have for the rest of her life as we all will with our choices! If having problem deciding where to make your plans....go to Wartman's in Kingston and ask to speak with Ryan or any of his staff there. Napanee is just as great as it's a family business and they are all wonderful! We greatly appreciated all that was done as well as all the after care that they took care of was amazing and made things easy and less stressful as you are trying to grieve your loved one!

I can't express how thankful we are to the wartmans staff , they were outstanding. though this difficult time for my family Ryan Wartman whom toke care of my mom's arrgaments was very professional and kind he was so understanding on our situation and explain everything to my dad my bother and sister in law , I just want to thank him and all of the staff. Excellent customer service you get treated with respect and above all understanding what its like to.lose a loved one so.i give my rating 1millon stars . In the most difficult of times when one is dealing with a shock and grief of the death of a loved one end it is essential to have a caring and professional service to manage end of life care.
