JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME REVIEWS
The staff at James Reid Funeral Home were extremely supportive and compassionate when my wife's mother recently passed. Even though things had all been prearranged there were a few small issues to adjust and they made the process easy and seamless. Special thanks to David and Therese.
James Reid's is great in all aspects; attention to detail, thorough yet patient and very mindful of the situation people are in. They don't pressure you, but provide alot of great suggestions and options. I felt very comfortable with all aspects of our arrangements. And the wonderful basket of goodies, for our own personal 'self care', was a very nice touch.
From the moment I contacted James Reid regarding my mom’s death I received professional, compassionate assistance at every step of the process. Everything was done as quickly as I could have it done. The reception of life was expertly handled within their big beautiful receiving room. The decorations and flowers were already in place when we arrived. Staff quietly and efficiently laid out food for the attending guests. Once the event was over staff helped us clean-up. Post event support was amazing as a friendly staff member helped me through all the things I would need to do in terms of notifications, etc. I was impressed by the care and concern James Reid afforded my family and me. I highly recommend James Reid for funeral service.

GORDON F. TOMPKINS FUNERAL HOME - TOWNSHIP CHAPEL REVIEWS
My family and I recently suffered the loss of my father. The staff at Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Home went above & beyond our expectations. In particular, I cannot say enough about the caring, attentive and professional assistance we received from Daniel Dutcher. He guided us through each step of my father’s cremation and service, making us feel like family. My mother got through a very difficult day thanks to Daniel’s compassion and attention to detail.
my family and I have had a very hard time, we lost our mom and brother in the span of a month. Tompkins was up for the task and we are very grateful for their services. Myself, I dealt with Karen and Mackenzie, two thoughtful and caring staff. My niece and sister met with Daniel who I'm sure was just as caring. We also had The Venerable Bill Clarke Archdeacon of Kingston officiate over a graveside service for both my mom & brother. Bill was also up for the task. My family is very thankful to all the staff at Tompkins, there are others who assisted us inside and at the gravesite...thank you.
Just before Christmas unfortunately I lost my mom. Thankfully all her arrangements were already made. I just want to say though the care that was shown to us during this extremely difficult time was beyond our expectations. Our Funeral Director(Karen McAnerin), made sure we understood all the steps we would go through, she explained to us what we needed to bring in for the service, she asked us what we needed and let us know that she was available at anytime if we had questions. Karen treated us dignity, respect and empathy, she made sure everything was perfect for us. The entire staff was very kind and caring.

WARTMAN FUNERAL HOME INC. REVIEWS
In the most difficult of times when one is dealing with a shock and grief of the death of a loved one end it is essential to have a caring and professional service to manage end of life care. I am glad I selected Wartman’s as the funeral home to provide the service. Their care, empathy and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend them.
Wartman Funeral Home in Kingston was absolutely fabulous in their help with our Dad's funeral arrangements. Ryan Wartman was very kind, respectful and extremely helpful in every aspect of the planning. Everyone involved at the Kingston site was amazing. They made a very difficult time of making arrangements and having a funeral, less stressful. They are an independent business, not a corporation. Wartman's don't do the hard sell, as we experience with a corporate funeral home with another family member. Wartman's made a very difficult time, easier.
Wartman Funeral Home was truly great to work with during a difficult time with my father's passing. I would like to personally thank Duncan for his exceptional service and support, he was responsive, professional and empathetic which was greatly appreciated.
