I recently rented a 10x15 storage unit, while i had renovations done, and my experience was exceptional. The staff at ABC Storage are friendly and professional. During my initial visit, they took the time to show me various unit sizes and helped me choose the one that best suited my needs. The storage unit itself is clean and dry. The units are easily accessible, and the roll up doors are sturdy and easy to operate. I would (and have) recommended ABC to anyone in need of a storage space. It was reasonably priced, dry, and secure. What more could you be looking for.

WE have had a storage unit at ABC Storage for 13 years, with occasional reduction/moves from larger unit to smaller etc. All units have been kept clean, dry, secure and well maintained. The owners have been a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Had to find some storage when I had to downsize. ABC Storage was there with a nice size storage unit and very clean. They have a great secure area. Would absolutely use them again.

UPDATE! This review is 6 years old. I would write the same review today. Kingston Self Storage is very close to downtown which makes it accessible for Queen's, St. Lawrence, and RMC students! Kingston Self Storage is also a very safe place, for all age groups. I stored my precious collectables, antiques, and household items at Kingston Self Storage while I was out of province. When I returned, it was a relief to be able to rent another locker and to ship my belongings directly to Kingston Self Storage, until I found a suitable residence. Kingston Self Storage is a friendly owner-operated business with friendly, ethical, and caring employees.

The perfect facility: downtown location, clean, heated inside units available in a brick/stone building that stays cool during the summer, reasonable rates, and outstanding customer care. Thank you so much, Shelly.

Had a storage locker for years and Melody and Shelley are the best around. They are very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t recommend more.
