I dealt with Nate today and he went over the top on services and help. I needed a tonneau cover today before leaving for a trip, Nate helped me as soon as I walked in, showed me the covers and had the one I needed in store! He let me install it in the parking lot so we could get more groceries without getting them wet. I Needed a solution for our kayaks and got me the perfect option and also had it in stock! Awesome to deal with and a really nice guy. Thanks for making this painless.

Super knowledgeable staff, great service, quality parts. I am never disappointed when I buy from this location. The staff know their stuff, they really take the time to explain the pros and cons based on their own experience and the feedback from their customers. They can help you find an option that will fit your needs. If they don’t have what you are looking for in stock, they can usually get it faster than you would expect.

I was very pleased with the install they did on my Thule bike rack on my Toyota Corolla this summer. I had to wait a few weeks for an appointment but it was well worth the wait. Nate was pleasant to deal with and made my experience a very positive one. I love my new bike rack thanks Action Auto.

Excellent service and they have everything you need. Went in to grab some spark plug for my lawn mower and the staff was super helpful and even suggested ways to prevent the issue in future. They even threw in couple of sun glasses for my kids. That's a 5 star customer service.

I want to give a big shoutout to Hunter, who professionally and efficiently solved my issue with the battery I purchased in December 2024. Thanks for your excellent service.

Went in this morning to get a brake light for my car, all the guys were super kind & helpful. Even went outside to check my car and make sure I had the right part. Thank you so much - you’re great! Happy holidays.

My partner and I found ourselves in a problem a couple months back when our 7 pin connector on our Boler kept disconnecting from the car when we made a right hand turn. Recently having the hitch changed on the vehicle and not taking inconsideration the length of the cable this was a big problem. The manager (Glen) of the fine store pulled through and helped us out. He created an extension 7pin cord for our trailer by connecting two components that they sold in there store and crimping it together for us. He saved us and made the trip happen.

Outstanding customer service. Tom went over and above the call of duty to supply very hard to get parts. Even calling dealerships and close friends to try and find obsolete parts for my truck. I am very grateful for his fine service and all the helpful team at Car Quest. This is my part store. If Tom can't find it I guarantee no one else can. Cheer Guy's.

Tina was amazing to work with, came in with the part number we needed and she made sure we got the proper part and that it worked.
