I can’t say enough good things about Lifttime Ottawa Garage Door Service! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. My garage door suddenly stopped working, and they were able to schedule an appointment the same day. Michael’s expertise was clear from the start — he offered thoughtful suggestions and knew exactly what needed to be done. He and his crew arrived on time, were highly skilled and efficient, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Michael explained everything clearly and had all the necessary parts ready to go. They installed two new insulated garage doors, two new motors, and even programmed the video keypads on both systems. Not only did they resolve the issue, but the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The pricing was fair, with no hidden fees — just honest, top-quality work. If you’re looking for reliable, fast, and friendly local service, look no further. Highly recommend.

From start to finish, Michael was a pleasure to work with! He responded quickly to all communication, provided an accurate, fairly-priced quote, and showed up exactly on time. He installs a quality product that is built right here in Ontario, explaining all steps of the process before beginning the work. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable and hardworking, I would not hesitate to call Michael again. Excellent products and service at fair prices - Highly Recommended.
