From the very beginning tge people at First Memorial were amazing. Helpful, informative and in every way possible comforting. I am the executor of a gentleman's Will, I had no idea what I was doing and the banks were making my life difficult. First Memorial jumped in and helped me navigate the waters and even found me a death certificate that was 10 years old! Couldn't have done this without them, I'm very grateful and will always remember how they went above and beyond to help me through this difficult time.

Arrangements were made at fairly short notice and the staff here were kind, helpful and skilled at guiding you through an unfamiliar process. Do not be put off by the rather ordinary building off a busy main road. The warmth and love is inside.

First Memorial was amazing and helpful during a recent death in the family. Ron (Rj) called me first thing Monday morning after the passing of my uncle to make arrangements. Ron had all the important paperwork ready that day and was so helpful during the cremation process. Thank you for helping our family during this difficult time.

Sands did an amazing job of the entire process of the arrangements and funeral for my father. 100% thorough and professional. Above and beyond that, they are very caring. Each employee was sincerely supportive of my family and I through the mourning process. In particular, our funeral director, Grace was incredible. She is knowledgable, personable and made the entire process flow well and smoothly. The facility itself is beautiful and the location by the sea is peaceful and scenic. We were in excellent hands when we chose Sands for my father's funeral.

All three times we've had services from sands it's been amazing service, the staff is helpful and has the knowledge to navigate through part of life's hardest days. Mike was awesome with my dad and my uncle. Thanks for all your help.
