A week ago a Fujitsu heat pump was installed in our home. So far the air conditioning unit functions well. Hopefully the heating unit will have a chance to show its similar effect but not for a while yet. We both want to express our satisfaction with the crew who did the work. They were on time, efficient, friendly and answered our questions willingly. The electricians were also very professional. We have no hesitation recommending Coastal Energy and their crew to any future customers. Thanks again.

We had Coastal Energy install a new heat pump to replace our old heat pump and oil furnace system. Our energy costs are way down and comfort is way up! The 5 stars are for Aaron Hunter. He is fantastic, helpful and kind. Even though he is still working to resolve things for us he has definitely been a stand out at the Comfort Group. All of the people that he has sent to our house to help us have been helpful as well, but Aaron is just head and shoulders above the rest.

AC tech Dakota Smith attended my home to provide spring maintenance on my AC , Furnace and Heat pump. He was honest and listened to my concerns upon his arrival. He checked everything from top to bottom and cleaned and serviced the units as promised. He even replaced a part that was wearing out that could have cost me a lot of money over time if he was not so diligent. Great service and a great attitude.
